Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
Pole dancing, flexibility training, and related fitness activities involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Muscle strains, sprains, or tears

Bruising or skin abrasions

Falls from height or equipment

Joint injuries

Dizziness, fainting, or fatigue

Aggravation of existing medical conditions

By participating in any class, coaching session, workshop, or program, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

2. Voluntary Participation
You confirm that your participation is voluntary and that you may stop at any time. You agree not to perform movements or exercises beyond your personal skill level or comfort.

3. Health Certification
You certify that:

You are physically capable of participating in pole dancing and flexibility training.

You have consulted a medical professional if you have any concerns or pre‑existing conditions.

You will inform the instructor of any injuries, limitations, or changes in your health status.

4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the business, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for:

Personal injury

Property damage

Accidents or incidents occurring before, during, or after participation

Losses resulting from negligence (excluding gross negligence or intentional misconduct)

This release applies to in‑person classes, online coaching, digital programs, and any use of provided materials.

5. Assumption of Responsibility
You agree to:

Follow all safety instructions and studio rules

Use equipment properly

Warm up appropriately before training

Notify the instructor immediately if you feel pain, discomfort, or unsafe conditions

Take responsibility for your own physical limits and decisions

6. Media Release (Optional)
You may be asked to consent separately to the use of photos or videos for marketing or educational purposes. Declining media consent will not affect your ability to participate.

7. Equipment and Facility Use
You understand that improper use of poles, mats, or other equipment may increase risk. You agree to use all equipment only as instructed.

8. Online and Virtual Training
For virtual sessions:

You are responsible for ensuring a safe training environment.

You acknowledge that the instructor cannot physically correct your form.

You assume all risks associated with training outside a supervised studio.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the business and its representatives from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation or violation of these terms.

10. Binding Agreement
This waiver is binding upon you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. If any portion is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.

11. Governing Law
This waiver is governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
