The cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

You fail to attend your session (“no‑show”).

You arrive late and are unable to participate.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session is not permitted and will be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please allow 3–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.

6. Class Packages, Memberships, and Programs
